What we don't collect

You don't need an account. We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you.

What stays on your device

The numbers you type into "Can I afford it?", your arrival date and your ticked checklist items are saved only in your browser on your device, so they're there next time you open the app. They're never sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, or with "Clear ticks for this pet".

What other companies see

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads them. Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
• Links to other sites (for example PDSA or GOV.UK) take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the app keeps your information on your own device, we normally hold none. If you're unhappy with how we handle data, you can complain to the ICO.

Changes

If we add features that collect data, such as an email sign-up or in-app purchases, we'll update this page before they go live.
