What we don't collect

You don't need an account. We don't use cookies or advertising trackers.

What stays on your device

The numbers you type into "Can I afford it?", your arrival date, your country, your ticked checklist items, your game best scores, saved pet names, holiday and household choices (including any names you type for family members), your scam-check answers, your budget rehearsal, and your Pet CV details and photo are saved only on your device, so they're there next time. They're never sent to us. Your Pet CV PDF is made on your phone; it only goes to someone else if you choose to share it. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites and doesn't identify you.

Unlocking full access

First 90 Paws is free to download. Full access is a one-off in-app purchase through Google Play. Google handles the payment and we never see your card details or your name. When you buy, the app sends the purchase's reference code (a "purchase token") to our server, which asks Google to confirm the purchase is genuine and paid. We use the code only for that check and don't store it. Google shares limited order information with us (such as an order number and the country of purchase) so we can deal with refunds. Google's privacy policy.

Guess the Breed game

Your best scores are saved on your phone only. There's no online leaderboard, and no scores or names are sent to us.

Animal photos

Photos in the game come from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, and are loaded from their servers when you play. Like any website, Wikimedia sees your device's internet address when it sends a photo. Wikimedia's privacy policy. Each photo has a link to its author and licence.

Insurance links

Some links to insurers are affiliate links, marked "Ad". If you click one, the insurer and its affiliate network may use cookies on their own website to record that you came from us, so they can pay us a commission. That's covered by their privacy policies. We don't receive your personal details.

What other companies see

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We hold very little data: only order details from Google Play. If you're unhappy with how we handle data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the data protection regulator where you live.

Changes

If we add features that collect more data, such as an email sign-up, we'll update this page before they go live.
